Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colors, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. Our products are handmade so slight variations in color, texture, wax appearance, and fragrance performance may naturally occur and do not qualify as defects. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, making every product uniquely crafted.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed upon for wholesale or custom orders requiring deposits.

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Wholesale orders, private label services, and custom label orders may require deposits before production begins. Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once design approval and production have started.

Minimum order requirements apply to wholesale purchases. Production timelines may vary depending on order size, customization, and approval process.
